Cinnamon Plum Crostini
One of my favorite days of the week is picking up my farm box from Talley Fresh Harvest. I recently did a collaboration with them and created a few recipes featuring their summer produce. I love the combination of cinnamon and plums and created this Cinnamon Plum Crostini; it’s the perfect summer appetizer!

Cinnamon Plum Crostini
3 plums, chopped
1-2 teaspoons cinnamon sugar mixture (recipe below)
1/2 French baguette, sliced
Favorite French Brie
In a bowl, mix together chopped plums and cinnamon sugar mixture.
Over medium-high heat, brown sliced baguette on both sides.
Spread Brie on toasted baguettes and top with cinnamon plum mixture. Add edible flowers for a fun touch.
Cinnamon Sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Mix together and store in a shaker bottle or mason jar.
