We'll learn how to preserve fresh, seasonal fruits while going through the process step-by-step, from picking local fruit to cooking and producing shelf-stable jam. You'll take home useful tips, my Botanical Jam Making cookbook, and a jar of the jam we make. Light snacks and drinks will be provided as we enjoy the taste of summer from garden to table.
