Favorite Fall Salad

My favorite fall salad includes Baby greens, sliced apples, Gorgonzola, candied pecans, tossed with a homemade balsamic vinaigrette with @oliviernapavalley I love their aged balsamic!

Simple Balsamic Vinaigrette

1/4 cup high quality balsamic vinegar (I like @oliviernapavalley aged balsamic)
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper

Put all ingredients in a mason jar. Put on lid shake and it’s ready!
