Strawberry Lemon Pinwheels
These pinwheels are another delicious way to use my Strawberry Lemon jam or really any flavor.
Strawberry Lemon Pinwheels
1 Sheet of pre-made Puff Pastry
1 Jar of Christiana’s Preserves Strawberry Lemon Jam
Preheat oven to 400°F
On a lightly floured surface roll out remade frozen puff pastry.
Cut into six even squares
In the middle of each square spoon 1 Tablespoon of Strawberry Lemon Jam
With a pairing knife make a 1/2 inch cut diagonally from each corner of each square toward the center.
Fold every other corner toward middle to make a pinwheel shape.
Transfer pinwheels to lined baking mat and bake for 13 mins.
Let cool and enjoy!
