Perfect Reverse Sear Rib Eye Steak

This Rib Eye! It’s perfection, and when you pair it with a garlic herb compound butter, it intensifies the flavor.

I believe a good steak doesn’t need a lot of seasoning, just salt, and pepper. I get rib eyes from Five Mary’s Farm, a local California ranching family. They raise their cattle with thought and care; in the end, the beef they harvest is beautiful. You can see the video of how to make a Rib Eye here


Reverse Sear Rib Eye

2 bone-in rib-eye steaks

Salt

Freshly ground pepper

Step 1: Salt and pepper both sides of your steak

Step 2: Preheat Traeger to 225 F.

Step 3: Place Rib Eyes directly on the grates. Insert prob and cook until internal temp reaches 120 F

Step 4: Remove steaks and cover with foil. I

Step 5: Increase temp to 450 F. Sear Steaks for on both side for 3-4 mins each side.

Step 6: Remove, cover with foil to rest for 10 mins
