My Favorite Granola
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl whisk together the oil, syrup, and salt. cinnamon, and salt.
Add the oats, coconut, and pecans and stir to coat.
